“The French in the Workplace program is an excellent initiative for a small business such as ours, in which approximately 25% of the 200 employees are new arrivals who, though skilled
in information technology, have not always mastered the language that allows them to effectively interact with their colleagues. We would not have the financial means to train these employees without this project.”

Michel Thivierge, Director, Human Resources, iWeb Inc.

“The way in which the French courses are structured and run is very motivating and fun for our employees. The project is a success, as the employees’ confidence has increased; they are no longer reluctant to strike up a conversation in French. The courses, at the rate of two hours per week, are adequate and can be perfectly adapted to our employees’ work schedules.”

Andrée Coutu, CRHA, Manager, Human Resources, iCongo Inc.
