MANAGING A DIFFICULT EMPLOYEE

Intervening with the right attitude

The activity will be held in French.

 

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND?

This seminar aims to teach participants how to intervene quickly and at the right time, lay down clear rules, provide employee support, communicate their expectations, and choose their battles while rallying other employees.

 

Upon completing the seminar, participants will be in a position to:

 

  • Understand the processes of managing performance and difficult cases;
  • Intervene at the right time and with the right attitude;
  • Provide feedback;
  • Build a disciplinary record;
  • Take disciplinary action;
  • Proceed with an employee's dismissal

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

These seminars are intended for companies wishing to improve their human resources training practices but lacking specialists in that area. These one-day seminars take the form of theory presentations, participant discussions, and business cases.

 

The objective of the seminars is to present simple tools adapted to the reality of small and medium-sized businesses.
