GUILLAUME LIU
|
With 20 years of experience in international project management, Guillaume Liu specializes in business project development and international trade. A native of China, he has worked in Asia, Europe and Africa successively before he chose Canada as his new home. Read more [+]
Mr. Liu is currently a self-employed expert on China. Previously, he was Project Manager and Teaching Assistant at École Polytechnique de Montréal, before he joined the Secor Group.
He has also been a Foreign Delegate of the Overseas Engineering Society of China, a unit of this country’s Department of Trade. He has managed a number of projects, among others, internal and external investment projects, both overseas and in China, multilateral projects funded by international organizations such as IFAD, the World Bank, IDB, AsDB, UNDP, OPEC, and bilateral projects (economic cooperation projects funded by the Chinese government).
Mr. Liu has organized or attended some thirty trade and industrial missions over the past five years. His in-depth knowledge and experience of the Chinese market are key assets for Quebec businesses who intend to seize the business opportunities available on this important market. Collapse [-]
