He has expertise in major transactions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He frequently advises clients in connection with implementing and determining strategies for the production, distribution or sale of their products or services in foreign markets. He also drafts complex contracts, such as licensing or partnership agreements for the development or international marketing of technologies.

Since 2008, he teaches at the University of Montréal on international business transactions and is a frequent guest speaker at the Barreau du Québec’s continuing education seminars for the legal profession. He has authored numerous publications on various topics, such as issues related to parallel imports of pharmaceutical products, maritime shippers’ liability and strict documentary credit compliance.

He regularly represents domestic and foreign companies before international courts of law (particularly in Europe) and arbitration panels on international trade issues concerning the import]export of products and services.

The activity will be held in French.
