SALVEO Group President Hervé Druart has cumulated 20 years of experience in the international development of businesses.

After he obtained his MA in Economic Sciences and an International Business Management diploma, Mr. Druart moved to Poland in 1991, and founded the ARTEFACT-EXECO consulting firm. Initially specialized in implementation studies for large distribution banners, the firm conducts important implementation projects for French industrial groups. In the 1990s, it inaugurates offices in Prague, then in Budapest, to cover Central and Eastern European countries (CEE) and therefore respond to increasing demand.

In 2000, its reach and experience of Central European markets allow it to merge with the leading Russian consulting organization, FREX Group, of which Mr. Druart becomes Associate General Manager. This merger provides for creating a key “Eastern Zone” actor which, a few years later, becomes the SALVEO SAS Group holding company, with branches and offices across the world: Russia, IEC, India, Algeria, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Middle East and Turkey.

A genuine man of action and enterprise, Hervé Druart is also a member of the board of OSCI, the French professional federation of specialized international trade operators.

Mr. Druart now advises many European and Canadian businesses on a broad range of topics: business information, international development advice, commercial prospection, marketing studies, commercial representation, industrial and commercial implementation, local support services, etc. This international coaching experience has enabled him to add a “field” dimension to his consulting workshops. Hervé Druart is a training advisor in international support and development with clients and blue-chip industrial organizations, as well as various institutions, including in Quebec.

SALVEO Group is a private organization specialized in prospection, international project coaching, as well as implementation, think tank and promotion solutions.
