Yves Renaud leads a career in sales and B2B marketing. He has worked for service providers targeting local and international markets. For the past four years, he has been helping SMEs implement a rigorous sales methodology, focused on an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and behaviours. In his training sessions, he incorporates the required tools and promotes the implementation of a sales process specific to each company in order to optimize the team’s performance for better profitability.

Yves Renaud is accredited as a trainer by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail and is a member of the Sales Management Association in the United States, where he is an active participant in the annual Sales Force Productivity Conference. He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at UQAM’s School of Management.
