Benoit Perreault is a recognized management consultant in the field of customer experience.
Originally a musician by trade, he holds in addition to his Bachelor degree in Web Communications, an MBA and two certificates in Project and Change Management from McGill University. He is also a graduate of the Disney Institute in Service Quality, and studied process engineering with the late Dr. Michael Hammer in Boston.
With over 400 projects realized in his career, of which 100 have been specifically related to customer experience management, Mr. Perreault has been supporting organizations for 21 years and helped them, in particular, to redefine their customer experience as a tool for setting themselves apart. He has served prestigious customers within industries such as entertainment, engineering, banking, government and cities among others.
