Diana Theophilopoulos is an associate in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott and member of the Employment and Labour Group. Her practice involves all aspects of employment and labour, with a particular focus on employee related matters in the context of commercial transactions.

Ms. Theophilopoulos regularly advises employers on a wide range of employment matters including drafting and enforcing employment agreements, consulting agreements and confidentiality, nonsolicitation and noncompetition covenants, drafting workplace policies, wrongful dismissal, labour standards issues, termination of employment, human rights issues, harassment and violence in the workplace, French language requirements in the workplace and occupational health and safety. She is also regularly involved in employment and labour related aspects of commercial transactions and negotiations, including those arising from mergers, acquisitions and insolvency.

Ms. Theophilopoulos regularly offers seminars and training sessions on a variety of employment and human resources topics.

Professional Activities

Ms. Theophilopoulos is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Young Bar Association of Montreal. She is also a member of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal and the Hellenic Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal.
