Mr. Guy Belletête co-founded the Institute for Product Development (IPD) in 1995 and was its General Director for 17 years. He now focuses his activities on training, business consulting, and content development for the IPD as its Vice President of Strategic Affairs and Senior Advisor.

Mr. Belletête has helped many companies better understand the challenges of innovation, enabling them to effectively structure their product development process through a concept that incorporates best practices. A seasoned instructor who is highly skilled at distilling complex topics, he takes a simple and practical approach to presenting the innovation management methods lacking in many companies..

Mr. Belletête has been certified as a New Product Development Professional (NPDP) by the American Product Development & Management Association (PDMA). He is also a lecturer in the Master of Engineering program at the Université de Sherbrooke, and is a member of the Innovation Committee at the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec. He also sits on the board of directors of Mission Design, as treasurer. .
