Francis Giguère combines thirty (30) years of experience as a business manager in Canada. So far, he is a founder, co-founder or is responsible for the development of five (5) different companies and projects in the private and public markets.
He is also an adviser to institutional and private organizations on procurement matter. He is a speaker, university lecturer and trainer in business growth strategies as well as in reasoned approach to the management of strategic information within companies.
Francis also wrote a number of articles and technical documents as well as books for public in general. He holds an MA and finished courses leading to a PhD from the University of Montreal.
In Canada, Francis is one of the few experts in the field of government business from a “strategist” point of view. In the last 10 years, he contributed to establish one of the few companies in that domain offering its services to the SME and large companies throughout the country, in both official languages (French, English).
