The challenge of funding our universities grabbed headlines in 2012 and will likely remain a major issue this year with the upcoming Sommet sur l’enseignement supérieur. The Board of Trade has decided to play a leading role on this issue, because it believes that appropriate funding for universities is fundamental to the future of a knowledge economy such as ours.
