After working at the Ministère du Conseil exécutif and the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, Serge Fleury became a government supplier, specializing in evaluating social programs. Familiar with both sides of the coin in the field of public procurement, he has been active for almost 15 years guiding companies on government markets. He did this first as the director of research at Info-Opportunités, where he published two works on the topic (Les marchés publics and Rédiger une soumission gagnante, or Public Markets and Drafting a Winning Bid) as part of the collection “Faire affaire avec les gouvernements” (“Doing Business With Government”), then as a consultant and speaker on the topic. His services are in demand among companies of all sizes in all areas of activity.
